Security
CrewKore is built with security as a foundational requirement. We recognize that operational communication contains sensitive information, and we design the platform to protect it appropriately.
Data Protection
- All data is encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS
- Data is encrypted at rest using modern encryption standards
- Customer data is logically isolated per tenant
We do not share infrastructure access between customers.
Access Control
- Access to CrewKore is restricted by role (office vs field)
- Administrative actions are limited to authorized users
- Internal access to production systems is restricted to essential personnel only
We follow the principle of least privilege across systems.
Infrastructure & Hosting
- Network-level protections
- Automated backups
- Redundant systems where appropriate
- Continuous monitoring for errors and failures
CrewKore is hosted on secure, modern cloud infrastructure. Production environments are separated from development and testing environments.
SMS & External Services
- Messages are transmitted securely to these providers
- Delivery timing depends on mobile carriers and external systems
- CrewKore does not control carrier-level delivery behavior
CrewKore relies on third-party providers to deliver SMS messages. We design the system to handle retries and failures gracefully, but SMS delivery cannot be guaranteed.
Operational Safeguards
- Message processing is designed to be resilient to retries and failures
- Duplicate processing is prevented through system safeguards
- System activity is logged for troubleshooting and auditing purposes
These measures help ensure consistent behavior even during partial outages.
Data Retention & Deletion
- Operational messages and records are retained to provide history and accountability
- Customers may request data export or deletion
- Data is removed in accordance with reasonable retention and backup policies
Incident Response
- We prioritize containment and mitigation
- We investigate the scope and impact
- We take reasonable steps to prevent recurrence
CrewKore does not currently offer formal breach notification timelines or SLA-backed guarantees.
What We Don’t Do (Intentionally)

Terms of Service
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using CrewKore.
1. Overview
CrewKore provides software that helps teams communicate operational updates via SMS and surface those updates in an organized dashboard.
By using CrewKore, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Use of the Service
CrewKore is intended for legitimate business communication between office staff and field crews.
- Use the service only for lawful purposes
- Ensure you have permission to message your team members
- Provide accurate account and contact information
- Use the service in a way that does not disrupt or abuse the platform
- Use CrewKore for spam, harassment, or non-work-related messaging
- Attempt to access another customer’s data
- Reverse engineer or misuse the system
3. SMS & Communications
CrewKore sends and receives SMS messages on your behalf.
- SMS delivery depends on mobile carriers and is not guaranteed to be instant
- Message delivery may occasionally fail or be delayed
- CrewKore is not responsible for carrier outages or phone-related issues
- Obtaining consent from your crew to receive messages
- Complying with applicable SMS and communication laws
4. Data & Records
CrewKore stores messages and operational updates to provide:
- Visibility
- Accountability
- Historical records of issues and decisions
You retain ownership of your data.
CrewKore may process and store this data solely to operate and improve the service.
You may request data deletion or export, subject to reasonable limitations.
5. Availability & Reliability
CrewKore is provided on a best-effort basis.
While we aim for reliability and uptime:
- Continuous or uninterrupted service is not guaranteed
- Temporary outages, maintenance, or errors may occur
- Delays in communication
- Missed messages due to carrier issues
- Operational decisions made based on message content
6. No Guarantees or Warranties
CrewKore is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We make no warranties regarding:
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Accuracy or completeness of message interpretation
- Prevention of operational errors or losses
The service is a support tool, not a replacement for human judgment.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- CrewKore is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the preceding period
- Lost productivity
- Missed deadlines
- Business interruptions
8. Account Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that:
- Violate these terms
- Abuse the service
- Pose a security or operational risk
You may stop using the service at any time.
9. Changes to the Service
CrewKore may evolve over time.
We may:
- Add, modify, or remove features
- Update these terms as the product grows
Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction where CrewKore operates.
