Account, billing, and access questions

Manage your subscription, invoices, and user permissions.

Subscription and billing

In **Settings → Billing** you can:

View your current plan and renewal date

Update payment method (card on file)

Download past invoices

Upgrade or change plan (e.g. add more users or messages)

Billing is typically monthly or annual depending on your plan. Invoices are sent to the billing email on file.

User permissions

**Admins** can invite and remove users, change roles, and manage billing and product settings. **Members** can use the product and view data but cannot change team or billing settings. Only admins can delete the account or transfer ownership.

Changing your plan

To add seats, change billing cycle, or switch plans, go to **Settings → Billing** and use the **Change plan** or **Upgrade** option. Pro-rated credits or charges may apply; the exact behavior is shown before you confirm.

Staying on top of billing and access keeps your team unblocked and your account secure.
