Create your account
Sign up at crewkore.com and verify your email. You'll be asked to choose your company name and timezone—these can be updated later in account settings.
Add your first phone number
CrewKore uses your existing phone number (or a dedicated line) to send and receive SMS. In **Settings → Numbers**, add the number you want to use for crew communication. You'll receive a verification code via text or call to confirm ownership.
Send your first message
Once your number is verified, go to **Messages** and start a new conversation. Enter a crew member's phone number or select someone from your contacts. Type your message and send—they'll receive it as a normal text message.
Getting that first successful message through builds confidence and shows your team how simple the system is.
