Add team members and organize your crews for seamless communication.

Office users vs. field crew
**Office users** sign in to CrewKore with email and password. They can view the dashboard, manage check-ins, read messages, and configure settings. **Field crew** don't need an account—they simply receive and reply to text messages from your CrewKore number.
Adding office users
Go to **Settings → Team** and click **Invite user**. Enter their email and choose a role (Admin or Member). They'll receive an invite link to set their password and log in. Admins can manage billing and team settings; Members can use the product and view data.
Adding field crew
In **Crews** (or **Contacts**), add crew members by name and phone number. You can group them by project, site, or role. Crew members don't need to install anything—they just need to be able to receive SMS from your CrewKore number.
Keeping sign-in only for the office and using plain SMS for the field removes friction and drives adoption.
Organizing crews
Create crews for each job, region, or shift. When you send a check-in or broadcast, you can target a specific crew so the right people get the right message.
