Understanding Signals and priorities

Learn how Signals surface important updates in your dashboard.

Why this matters: see what needs attention now.

What are Signals?

Signals are insights pulled from your crew's text replies. When someone mentions materials, manpower, a delay, or an issue, CrewKore's AI identifies it and surfaces it on your dashboard—so you don't have to read every message to know what's going on.

Where to see them

Open the **Signals** (or **Dashboard**) view. You'll see cards or list items for things like:

Material requests (e.g. "Need more 2x4s by Thursday")

Manpower updates (e.g. "Juan called in sick")

Site status (e.g. "All good here" or "Weather delay")

Issues or safety notes

Each Signal is tied to the original message and contact, so you can follow up with one click.

Priorities and filters

Signals can be filtered by type, crew, or date. High-priority items—like safety or urgent material needs—can be highlighted so they rise to the top. Configure what counts as high priority in **Settings → Signals** (if available in your plan).

Seeing what needs attention now lets you act instead of constantly chasing information.

Turning replies into action

Use Signals as your morning briefing. Triage what needs an order, a callback, or a site visit, then reply or assign follow-up from the same screen.
